about the author:
Anette Moldvaer is the co-founder of Square Mile Coffee Roasters, a multi award winning coffee roasting company in London. She began her career as barista in her native Norway in 1999, and now visits coffee producers all year round, sourcing the very best coffees from around the world. Anette judges international industry competitions, such as the Cup of Excellence, World Barista Championships and the Good Food Awards, and has led coffee workshops all over the world. She roasted the winning espresso at the World Barista Championship in 2007, 2008 and 2009, and won the World Cup Tasters Championship in 2007.
